60-Night Money Back Guarantee: Underwater Fish Light LLC ("Seller") offers a 60-Night Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee"). This Guarantee allows the original purchaser ("Buyer") to test the product in their waterway for a period of 60 nights from the delivery date. If the Buyer is not fully satisfied with the product for any reason, the Buyer may return the product within this period for a full refund of the purchase price.
Conditions for Return: The product must be returned in functional, non-damaged condition to qualify for the Guarantee. Any components damaged by the Buyer due to improper handling will be subject to a pro-rated refund. This Guarantee is intended to provide a trial period for the Buyer to observe the product's effectiveness in attracting fish.
Disclaimer: The Guarantee applies to the product and its effectiveness but does not extend to the environment or the Buyer's personal or situational circumstances.
3-Year Limited Warranty: The central control box is warranted to the original purchaser ("Buyer") with a receipt for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Warranty Periods for Bulbs: All bulbs (Natural Green, Vibrant Green, and Caribbean Blue) are warrantied for one (1) yea from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Conditions: Bulb replacements will be covered only if the current wire is in usable condition and if: If the wire is damaged, the Buyer must purchase a replacement light assembly. Individual / replacement parts purchased separately do not carry their own warranty, nor do they renew or extend the current warranty of the original product.
Warranty Period for 12V LED: The 12V LED is warranted to the original purchaser ("Buyer") with a receipt for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase against manufacturing defects. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Shipping Responsibilities: The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping/transportation of the unit to the Seller.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover bulb breakage or damage caused by natural disasters, marine life, attempted theft, boat traffic, fishing hooks, tampering, misuse, including but not limited to hard-wiring, use of non-grounded electrical outlets, lighting bulbs outside of water, and repeated attempts to reset the GFI plug.
Repair/Replacement of Non-Warranty Damage: For damage not covered by the warranty, the Buyer must contact the Seller at 941-391-5846 to request a price quote for repair.
Caution: The lights are liquid-cooled and should not be lit outside of water. The system must remain unplugged when the bulbs are out of water to prevent fire or heat damage. Underwater Fish Light LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by lighting bulbs out of water.
Solar Lighting Products Warranty: All Doklite solar products distributed by Underwater Fish Light LLC are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, provided to the original purchaser ("Buyer") with a receipt from the date of original purchase. All other solar products including Solar Path Lights are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Conditions: The Buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping / transportation of the product to the Seller.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover submersion, alterations to the product, misuse, or damage.
Safety Disclaimer: If the system ceases to function, immediately unplug the unit and contact 941-391-5846. Do not continuously press the reset button. The lights include a built-in GFI plug that must be always plugged into a GFCI outlet. Do not swim around the lights while they are plugged in due to the risk of electric shock, injury, or death. The manufacturer, designer, and seller are not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use of this product.
By purchasing this product, the Buyer agrees to these terms. If the Buyer does not agree, they should promptly return the system for a full refund.
