60-Night Money Back Guarantee (Fish Light Systems)

Our Fish Light Systems are backed by a 60-Night Money Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

This allows the original purchaser to install and test the system in their waterway for up to sixty (60) nights.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Fish Light System for any reason during this period, you may return the product for a refund of the original purchase price.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be returned within 60 nights of delivery.
  • The product must be in functional condition.
  • The product must not show damage caused by misuse, tampering, improper installation, or neglect.
  • Original proof of purchase may be required.

Products returned with damage caused by improper handling may qualify for a partial or prorated refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Replacement bulbs
  • Replacement parts
  • Individual components
  • Custom order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Electrical accessories after installation

These items are covered under applicable warranty terms where eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or shipping error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Coverage

Fish Light Systems, bulbs, control boxes, 12V LED systems, and other eligible products may be covered under our separate Warranty Policy.
