Shipping Policy

At Underwater Fish Light LLC, we take pride in carefully packaging and shipping your products so they arrive ready for installation and years of dependable use.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotions, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped from our facility in Port Charlotte.

We primarily ship through:

  • UPS Ground
  • UPS Freight or specialty carriers for oversized shipments, when applicable

Shipping options and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on:

  • Product weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Delivery destination
  • Order size

Certain large or specialty items may require separate shipping arrangements.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within:

  • Florida & Southeast: 1–3 business days
  • Eastern U.S.: 2–4 business days
  • Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
  • Western U.S.: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or operational disruptions are outside of our control.

Oversized and Specialty Products

Certain products, including larger lighting systems, dock boxes, and oversized equipment, may:

  • Ship in multiple boxes
  • Arrive in separate deliveries
  • Require freight or specialty carrier service
  • Require additional handling time

Customers may be contacted after purchase if additional shipping coordination is required.

In-Store Pickup Only Items

Certain oversized or specialty products may be marked In-Store Pickup Only.

These products are not eligible for standard shipping and must be picked up at our facility in Port Charlotte.

Pickup instructions will be provided after purchase.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Underwater Fish Light LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional carrier fees caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete delivery information
  • Refused shipments
  • Failed delivery attempts

Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-routed shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
  • Retain all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required to process shipping damage claims.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.

Carrier investigations may require several business days.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only, unless otherwise arranged directly with our team.
