  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns, refunds, and product warranties are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.

Fish Light Systems may be eligible for our 60-Night Money Back Guarantee as outlined in those policies.

6. Product Installation and Use

Many of our products involve electrical components and underwater installation.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

  • Products must be installed and operated according to provided instructions
  • Improper installation may result in product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death
  • Certain products are liquid-cooled and must never be operated outside of water
  • Products containing GFI protection must always be connected to properly grounded GFCI outlets

You assume all risks associated with installation and operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Underwater Fish Light LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, manufacturers, distributors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Lost profits
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Death

arising from:

  • Product misuse
  • Improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Acts of nature
  • Marine life interaction
  • Theft, vandalism, or third-party interference

Our total liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.

8. Warranty Limitations

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

Warranty coverage does not transfer unless expressly stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:
